Reservations
A reservation is only valid with a booking confirmation sent by the hotel.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing. Therefore we recommend the purchase of travel insurance that covers cancellations. More information here: www.europaeische.at

3 month to 1 month before arrival | 60% of the travel price |
1 month to 2 week before arrival | 90% of the travel price |
later than 2 weeks before | 100% of the travel price |
CANCELLATION PROCESSING FEE
We take the liberty of charging a processing fee of € 35.00 in the event of a cancellation.
Deposit
After receiving the reservation confirmation, we request a deposit within 7 days so that we can make the final confirmation for the desired room category.
Check-in/Check-out Times
Check-in is possible beginning at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Dogs | Pets
A fee of Euro 30.00 per day will be charged for dogs (not including food). We reserve the right to assess an additional fee in case a final cleaning beyond the standard housekeeping services is necessary. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the dining and sauna areas.
