Arrival Times/Check -In

Your are welcome to arrive from 08:00 in the morning and park directly in front of the hotel.

Your are welcome to leave your luggage with us directly at reception and  enjoy the rest of the day. 

The rooms at Hotel Gabriela are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

If you arrive after 17:00, please let us know as reception is open from 08:00-17:00!

ADAPTER FOR POWER SOCKET:

Adapters are available free of charge at reception.

ATM:

You will find the nearest ATM opposite Sport Bacher or at the cable cars!

bambam:

Our aprés ski bar Bambam is open in the afternoon in winter.

baby cot/crib:

We are happy to provide you with a baby cot/crib in your room with the price at an extra charge.

Bus plan:

In summer there is the free hiking bus. In summer and winter the regional bus line 220, timetable is available free of charge at reception.

Bicycles and motorbikes:

Lockable underground car park, plenty of parking spaces available!

Breakfast:

Included in your holiday price is a very rich, regional breakfast buffet-this is located on the first floor. 

Breakfast times are daily from 07:30-10:00.

Luggage storage:

Your are welcome to leave your biscuits in the lobby free of charge on arrival and departure.

bike rental:

Numerous shops around the hotel offer bicycles for hire.

billng:

To avoid long waiting times, we ask you to pay the bill conveniently by QR Code which you will receive in your room shortly before departure, or of course daily at the reception between 08:00-17:00.

Check/out:

Check Out is at the hotel at 10:00 am.

Until then you can leave your car free of charge, after that you must leave it at the entrance to the village.(paid car park).

children:

We are a very family-orientated hotel and look forward to welcoming your children up to the age of 3 free of charge!There is a children´s playroom and en electronic play table in the house.

The tourism association offers many entertaining childcare programs.

cable car:

Our hotel is centrally located in Serfaus right next to the cable cars. In summer, the Super Sommer Card is included in the price free of charge!

catering Service:

Our hotel offers breakfast! In the evening you are welcome to book a table in the a´la carte restaurants Hiasl´s Stuben, which is located directly in the hotel, and dine there.

change of bed linen:

You are welcome to come to reception at any time to request a change of bed line.

The Stecher drugstore is located in Serfaus Drogerie Stecher in Serfaus | Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis

In the lobby there is a 24h vending machine where you can buy drinks and much more.

The Hotel Gabriela has 2 underground car parks and numerous outdoor parking spaces which are valid for your stay. You park comfortably directly in front of the hotel, unload your biscuits, hand us the car keys and we park the car for you!

On the day of departure from 10:00 a.m. the car must be parked at the entrance to the village in the paid car park.

All rooms are equipped with televisions with popular TV programmes and radio station.

U-bahn:

It is small, driverless, it connects and breaks records. What are we talking about?

The Serfaus underground railway, of course! It is world´s smallest, highest underground railway suspended on air cushions and is one of the highlights in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.

In our hotel lobby, right next to the reception, there is a vending machine around the corner where you can buy drinks, snacks, etc... 24 hours a day.

wellness:

Our wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation room on the first floor is open daily from 16:00-19:00. In bad weather also earlier.

We have free W-Lan throughout the house.
