That's us – the Kirschner family from Hotel Gabriela Serfaus. Believe it or not, our family comprises four generations, from Grandma to grandaughter, Laura Pia. Each family member in his or her own special way brings a certain charm to our hotel. With heart and family cohesion, we have made our dreams come true over time and welcome guests from all over the world every day who want to spend their best time of the year with us. Who's first at the breakfast buffet? That's clear. It's Grandma Kirschner, who always sees to it that our guests have everything they need. Making sure that the eggs are perfectly prepared is one of her daily tasks. We're very grateful for our dear Grandma that she is still contributing so reliably after all the years.
Unfortunately, Grandpa Martin left us in August 2021. He was happy when the sky was near and the valley far away - as they say in the mountains. In order to be happy, he needed - in addition of Grandma - the cows, all of which he knew by name, nature and his car that took him up to the high alpine meadow. We miss him very much and are grateful for the time we were able to spend with him.
Jasmin
The Good Fairy for all situations
Daughter Jasmin helps in the morning to prepare the breakfast buffet. The family business holds a special place in her heart. The proud aunt is always around if a strong woman's hand is needed and she energetically helps out doing whatever needs to be done. Since she grew up in the hotel, she has become friends with many of our regular guests. We're very happy that we have her.

Hurray, LAURA PIA IS HERE!
The now almost tall Maria Pia is visibly proud. However, not only is she happy about her little sibling, but also mom and dad, grandma and grandpa and the entire Gabriela team are blown away and can't get enough of the fresh whirlwind in the family.

Great Grandpa Ferdinand is unfortunately no longer with us. Since it was his embodiment of tradition and authenticity that is so close to all of our hearts today, you can find his photo in many places throughout the hotel. You can be sure that you'll see him here or there during your stay with us. You'll know that that's our Ferdinand - an old school Tyrolean and a visionary at the same time.
